Judging begins today for the “best decorated home” in the 15th Annual Del Ray Halloween competition hosted by the Del Ray Business Association and sponsored by Jen Walker, realtor of McEnearney Associates.
This morning, I walked past the home of last year’s winner at 210 Monroe Avenue to see what they’re up to this year. Of course, they are contenders again and their ghoulish creativity is once again mind-blowing. I’m telling you, I definitely got the chills looking at their decorations, even in broad daylight. When night falls, many of the displays will move too. I’m not sure I can stomach a visit in the dark and I’m not even particularly arachnophobic.

Man, there’s a few with some displays I’m afraid to drive by with my kids in the car on Russell! I’m so sure they’ll have nightmares…
